Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed bids for the Sugar Loaf Fire Station.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bid will be awarded at the Regular Meeting of the Colfax County Commission on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Colfax County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation.
