She had her daughters by her side in Scottsdale, Arizona.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Charlotte was born on\u00a0<span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT773_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\" role=\"link\"><span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT779_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object-active\" role=\"link\">April 3rd, 1943<\/span><\/span>, to Christine Day and Elmer Allen in Carlsbad, NM. She was married to Stan Lark for 14 years. Her \u201clife of the party\u201d personality, sense of humor, and knack for telling it how it is made all who knew her love her dearly.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Charlotte loved reading (mostly to her grandchildren) and swore that was the reason each of them learned to read. She also loved to cook and bake. She found her way to all her neighbor\u2019s hearts through their bellies with her baked goods. If someone was in need, she never hesitated to help in any way she could. She would have given her last dime to someone in need.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">She will be dearly missed and is survived by her daughters Shannon Moe and Christy Lark, Son-in-law Albert Moe, and Granddaughters Lauren Moe, Sierra Moe, and Kenady Lark, whom she loved fiercely and was very proud of, her sisters Valda Davis, Kaylene Milstein, and brother Chuck Allen as well as numerous nieces and nephews.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">She is reunited with her only son Robert (Bobby) Lark in Heaven.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A small \u201cCelebration of Life\u201d will be held at the Church on the Mesa, in Raton, NM, on\u00a0<span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT780_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\" role=\"link\">Saturday<\/span>,\u00a0<span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT774_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\" role=\"link\"><span id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT781_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"Object\" role=\"link\">April 30th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0at 2 pm.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">In lieu of flowers please donate to Hospice of the Valley or a charity of your choice in her name.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Charlotte Beth Barnett (AKA Big Nama, Mema, Big Red, and Mama) 79, passed away peacefully on\u00a0April 20th, 2022, after a brief battle with metastatic melanoma.
