Public notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Vermejo Conservancy District has, in accordance with the Laws of the State of New Mexico, called an election to be held in said Conservancy District for the purpose of electing one (1) members of the Board of Directors of such Conservancy District.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The candidate for the said election are Roger Kuchan.\u00a0 The position will be elected at large.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Said election will be held at the office of the Conservancy District on October 5, 2021.\u00a0 The polls will remain open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Persons eligible to vote are those individuals over the age of eighteen (18) years, who for more than six (6) months before the date of the election have been owners of real property within the boundaries of the Vermejo Conservancy District. The election judges may require of persons desiring to vote evidence of their qualification to vote pursuant to New Mexico law.\u00a0 Evidence of qualification may consist of tax receipts, recorded deed, or Vermejo Conservancy Election Form No. 11, \u201cCommunity Property Certification.\u201d\u00a0 The judges shall not in any event arbitrarily deny any person the right to vote who shall present some reasonable evidence of his\/her qualification to do so.<\/p>\n

The judges and alternates appointed to hold such election are Bill Johnson, Margaret Query, Janet Hoy, and alternate Linda Casper.<\/p>\n

Aviso p\u00fablico presente, que el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del Distrito de Conservaci\u00f3n Vermejo tiene, de acuerdo con las Leyes del Estado de Nuevo M\u00e9xico, llamada una elecci\u00f3n que se celebrar\u00e1 en dicho Distrito de Conservaci\u00f3n para el prop\u00f3sito de elegir a un (1) miembro del el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de dicho Distrito Conservancy.<\/p>\n
Los candidato para esta votaci\u00f3n son Roger Kuchan. La posici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 elejido por la mayoria.<\/p>\n
Dicha elecci\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en la oficina del Distrito de Conservaci\u00f3n, el 5 de octubre de 2021. Las urnas permanecer\u00e1n abiertas de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm<\/p>\n
Las personas con derecho a voto son las personas mayores de dieciocho (18) a\u00f1os, quienes por m\u00e1s de seis (6) meses antes de la fecha de la elecci\u00f3n han sido los propietarios de bienes inmuebles dentro de los l\u00edmites del Distrito de Conservaci\u00f3n Vermejo. Los jueces electorales pueden requerir de las personas que deseen votar pruebas de su calificaci\u00f3n a votar de conformidad con la ley de Nuevo M\u00e9xico. Evidencia de cualificaci\u00f3n puede consistir en la recaudaci\u00f3n fiscal, escritura registrada o Formulario de Elecci\u00f3n Conservancy Vermejo No. 11, “Certificaci\u00f3n de comunidad de bienes.” Los jueces no exceder\u00e1 en ning\u00fan caso negar arbitrariamente a cualquier persona el derecho de voto que deber\u00e1 presentar alguna evidencia razonable de su cualificaci\u00f3n para hacerlo.<\/p>\n
Los jueces y suplentes designados para ocupar tal elecci\u00f3n son Bill Johnson, Margaret Query, Janet Hoy, y el suplente Linda Casper.<\/p>\n
