The caller is saying they have a warrant for their arrest for Failure to Appear in Federal Court. The caller states the person being called needs to turn themselves into our office. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This first phone call will typically be followed by a second phone call looking for a credit card number or a money transfer to keep the person being called from being arrested. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Law Enforcement and the courts will only contact you by mail and the mail will have a telephone number you can call to verify the information.
