She worked in several universities in New York, Boston, Michigan, New Mexico, and worked at TCCS in Raton for over 20 years. She remembered her clients and colleagues fondly an treasured helping others.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her father Luis Charriez and her sister Lucy Driscoll.\u00a0 She is survived by her husband, Bill Quinn, her mother Juanita Charriez, age 93, her brother Angel and his wife Angie, her brother in law Eddie and his partner Marina, her nieces and nephews, Edwin (his wife Jessica and children Adrianna and Adrian), Dannielle, Alex, Andre, Marla, her aunts and cousins in Puerto Rico and close friends Lucille Esquibel, Ruth Housman, and Judy Phelps.<\/p>\n<p>By Blanca&#8217;s request cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled.
