Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed bids for the purchase of road gravel for County Road A16.<\/p>\n
Bid specifications may be picked up at the Office of the County Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 N. 3rd Street, 3rd floor, Raton, NM 87740 or online at www.co.colfax.nm.us .<\/p>\n
Sealed bids must be received by Colfax County before 2:00 p.m., MST\/MDT, November 1, 2018 at the following address:<\/p>\n

Bid will be awarded at the Regular Meeting of the Colfax County Commission on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.<\/p>\n
Colfax County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
\nThe New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kick-backs.<\/p>\n
