\nA regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Raton will be held on November 28, 2017 at 6
\np.m. The Meeting will be called to order by Mayor Mantz. The following subjects will be considered by
\nthe City Commission and may be considered in any order that is most convenient for the City
\nCommission.

\nII. Roll Call of the Members of the City Commission and determination of quorum.

\nIV. Recognition of Visitors, Citizen of the Month and\/or Presentation of Proclamation, Service
\nAward, Congratulations, Condolences, Holiday Schedules and City\/Municipal events \u2013
\nMayor.
\n\uf0b7 Next Regular Commission Meeting Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 6pm
\n\uf0b7 There will not be a second Commission Meeting in December as per the Annual
\nOpen Meetings Act Resolution approved by the Commission in January.

B. Public Hearing: Ordinance Adopting a Supplemental Municipal Gross Receipts Tax;
\nproviding for an election; repealing Ordinances in conflict here with, and declaring and
\nemergency.
\nC. Deliberate and Act on Ordinance Adopting a Supplemental Municipal Gross Receipts
\nTax; providing for an election; repealing Ordinances in conflict here with, and
\ndeclaring and emergency.
\nD. Deliberate and Act on Resolution 2017-58: A Resolution for a regular Municipal
\nElection for the election of Municipal Officers and the question for a Supplemental
\nMunicipal Gross Receipts Tax shall be held on March 6, 2018. Polls will open at 7:00
\na.m. and close at 7:00 p.m.
\nE. Deliberate and Act on Resolution 2017-59: October 2017 Financial Report.
\nF. Deliberate and Act on Resolution 2017-60: Budget Adjustment #5 FY18
\nG. Deliberate and Act on Lodger\u2019s Tax Recommendations.
\nH. Deliberate and Act on Corrections to Resolution numbering from the November 14th
\nCommission Meeting- Numbers 52-55 were used and should have been numbered 54-57.

\nI, the undersigned authority do hereby certify that the above notice of meeting of the governing body of the
\nCity of Raton, New Mexico is a true and correct copy of the said notice and that a said copy of this notice was
\nthen posted on the front window of the City Hall of said City in Raton, New Mexico in a place convenient and
\nreadily accessible to the general public at all times, and said notice was posted on Wednesday, November 22,
\n2017 at 5 p.m. and remained so posted continuously at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said
\nmeeting. Said notice was posted in six public places (City Hall, Library, Senior Center, County Courthouse,
\nInternational Bank, Post Office) conveniently placed for the public. Also, KRTN Radio Station and the City
\nof Raton Website will have the agenda posted prior to respective time limits designated for regular and
