Mary Praxy Bowman, age 84, passed away peacefully at home on May 28, 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

She was born in Tercio, Colorado on October 9, 1930 to Manuelita(Ortega) and Manuel Gonzales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mary was employed for the Maglia family for\u00a0many years.<\/span><\/p>\n

She liked to fish and was a regular at garage sales.<\/span><\/p>\n

Praxy liked listening to KRTN Sunday\u00a0Spanish music program and enjoyed watching Westerns,\u00a0especially Gunsmoke with Marshal \u00a0Dillon and John Wayne movies.<\/span><\/p>\n

She loved\u00a0her family. She liked to cook and \u00a0you never left her house hungry.\u00a0 She was a caring and giving person who helped anyone in need.<\/span><\/p>\n

Preceding her in death are parents Manuelita and Manuel Ortega, husband Henry Bowman, sons Kenneth, Eugene, Leroy, Rudy, Larry \u00a0daughters Henrietta and Rosella\u00a0brothers Joe, Felix and Bonnie Gonzales, sisters Ida Bowman and Carrie Trujillo,grandson Brandon Lee Bowman.<\/span><\/p>\n

Survivors are sons Gilbert (Carol) Bowman, Trinidad, Harold (Liz) Bowman, Trinidad, Tom (Carol) Bowman, Trinidad, Bobby (Tina) Bowman, CO. Springs, Ray Bowman, Trinidad, sisters Pauline (Lee) Romero, Fowler, Nancy Martinez, Grand Junctions, 34 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitation will be\u00a0Wednesday\u00a0from\u00a02PM-6PM\u00a0at the Comi Chapel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rosary will be recited\u00a0Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 7PM\u00a0at Holy Trinity Church.<\/span><\/p>\n

Funeral Mass will be\u00a0Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 10AM\u00a0at Holy Trinity Church.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interment will follow at the Carpio Cemetery.<\/span><\/p>\n
