DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, May 19\, 2016 will be proclaimed “Paul Modrich Day” by the State of New Mexico. The Proclamation will be presented in person to Nobel Laureate in Chemistry and member of the RHS Class of 1964\, Dr. Paul Modrich at the historic Shuler Theater at 6 pm. The presentation will be followed by a reception at the Sweet Shop in Raton\, hosted by RHS Class of 1964. Events are also sponsored by Raton MainStreet.\nThe following evening\, Dr. Modrich will deliver the commencement address at the graduation ceremony at Raton High School.
