DESCRIPTION:The eclectic ShortGrass Music Festival presents its 12th season of live music in Cimarron\, NM from Friday through Sunday\, September 16th-18th. Featured this year are: The Magnolia Sisters\, Halden Wofford & the Hi*Beams and cellist Denise Djokic with pianist Heng-Jin Park. \nThe Magnolia Sisters perform Fri.\, Sept. 16th\, 7PM at the old Barlow & Sanderson stage stop in Cimarron’s historic district next to the St. James Hotel. The group plays southwest Louisiana Cajun & Creole dancehall favorites & ballads.
