DESCRIPTION:Raton Housing Authority would like to announce the participation in the Summer Food Service Program! The free lunch program will begin on June 4\, 2018 and go through August 3\, 2018\, Monday through Friday. No meals will be served on Wednesday\, July 4\, 2018\, due to the holiday. \nThe serving sites and times are as follows in Raton: \nBreakfast 8:00-9:00: Raton Early Headstart\, Raton High School\, Raton Intermediate School \nLunch 12:00-1:00: Raton High School\, Raton Early Headstart\, Legion Park\, Romero Park\, Ripley Park\, Optimist Park\, & Longfellow Elementary \nLunch 12:00-1:00 Springer Museum Park\, Springer Early Headstart \nLunch 12:00-1:00 Maxwell School \nLunch 12:00-1:00 Cimarron City Park \nPlease join us at these locations for free lunches for all children ages 1 through 18!\nPlease keep the lunches in the parks. \nIn accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations\nAnd policies\, the USDA\, its Agencies\, offices\, and employees\, and institutions participating in or administering\nUSDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race\, color\, national origin\, sex\, disability\, age or\nReprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA. \nPersons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g Braille\,\nLarge print\, audiotape\, hearing or have speech disabilities may contact USDA through the Federal Relay\nService at (800) 877-8339.
