DESCRIPTION:As we welcome a New Year\, filled with abundant opportunities\, it’s time to get into really and truthfully looking deep down at what we would like to achieve in our lives. Infinite Potential in downtown Raton has the prefect solution to bring in the intention of a new year full of possibility for the new year 2020. What do you “intend” to do this new year? \nIn this Session of Intention\, students will: \n>Explore the energy present in 2020 for us to work with\n>Dance to move stagnant energy\n>Focus on what we want more or less of in our lives\n>Self Assessment through meditation\n>Learn how to use gratitude to attract abundance\n>Set attainable goals\n>Create our own mantras \n2 sessions are available for you and the same material will be covered in both. \nNo previous experience in Dance\, Meditation\, Yoga or Intention Setting needed for this class. \nLight refreshments will be provided. \nTogether\, let’s set the foundation for great happiness and success in 2020. \nYou have two dates to choose from for participating in this class\, Saturday\, January 11th or 12th from 3 PM to 5 PM.
