It is a dynamic and powerful tool designed to give you an experience of your soul. In Kundalini Yoga you learn how to master mental\, physical and nervous body energies. Through this yoga practice\, you utilize a technology which precisely and consciously combines breath\, movement of the body\, eye focus and sound to balance the glandular system\, strengthen the nervous system\, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body mind and soul. It is perfect for persons having to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs\, raising families and managing businesses. ~ Taught by Colette (Hari Karan Kaur) \nAs we get ready to welcome in Summer\, \n🌟Justice\n🌟Integrity\n🌟Protection\n🌟Projection\n🌟Perception\n🌟Intuition\nare the key words that will come into play this 6th month of 2019. It is highly important that as we step into this new month\, we pay special attention to balancing and strengthening our Pituitary gland through activities like pranayama (conscious breathing)\, meditation and healthy lifestyle choices. \nOnce again\, trust us\, your yoga community to make sure you have a variety of options to support you in your endeavors. \nThis month is extra special as we have not 1 but 2 celebrations. \nOn 7th June at 6:30 pm we will celebrate our studio’s 4th Anniversary of being the community’s place for yoga\, wellness and sound healing.
