Hampton invites the public to his Clearview Ranch on June 26th and 27th for dinner and music: \n I’ll be singing right here on my own patio with The Haunted Windchimes & Max Gomez… Love their music and if you haven’t heard them at a festival you should definitely come check them out here at the ranch! This will be the fourth summer we’ve hosted our concert series here at the ranch & it’s always good food\, good times & great music! \nJune 26th: RW & Lisa Hampton host the first of their summer concerts series with The Haunted Windchimes. A well known & highly acclaimed regional act from Colorado\, the Haunted Windchimes are now touring nationally and have been featured on such shows as Garrison Keilor’s NPR Radio program A Prairie Home Companion.The Haunted Windchimes sound draws from traditional folk and American roots music. The songs have a vintage quality\, as if they might have been written yesterday or 75 years ago. Grounded in honeyed harmonies and spirited pickin’\, it lies in a nowhere land between distinct styles: It’s not quite bluegrass or blues or country. \nJune 27th:  RW & Lisa Hampton will host an evening of music and delicious Northern NM dining on their private patio with Max Gomez.The son of an artisanal furniture craftsman\, Gomez grew up watching his father\, learning the tools of the trade while simultaneously learning his way around the frets of his guitar. The workmanlike quality of his songwriting carries over from his days spent in the woodshed through an economy of words\, phrase and narrative. Having honed his chops on the blues\, Max turned his interest to traditional American folk music; “I’m influenced by the old stuff\,” Max admits. \nYou can get your tickets on his website store or by calling or emailing the office.
