There\, she saw first-hand how important lifestyle choices were to the overall mental\, physical and emotional health of a person. After graduating in 2014\, she delayed residency to learn holistic healing methods. She created a highly successful\nand extensive self-care program in 2016 for her private clients.\nThis series is a condensed version of her original program\, aimed at\nhelping members of the community of Trinidad get a jumpstart on\ntheir New Year’s resolutions.
