DESCRIPTION:All are invited to attend the Care for the Caregivers Meeting at MCMC Long Term Care Conference Room.  \nFor the first of four meetings for 2015\, John Davidson will give a presentation called “Planning for End of Life Care:  Appointing an Advocate”. John will review and explain living wills\, right-to-die issues and the importance of “how to” appoint a Medical Power of Attorney. \nAdmission is free. All are welcome. \nThe other meetings for 2015 will be on the 3rd Thursdays of May\, August and November.
