Sponsored by KRTN\, El Raton Theatre and Raton Natural Gas. \n \nBack to the Future is a 1985 American comic science fiction film. It was directed by Robert Zemeckis\, produced by Steven Spielberg\, and stars Michael J. Fox\, Christopher Lloyd\, Lea Thompson and Crispin Glover.  \nFox plays Marty McFly\, a teenager who is sent back in time to 1955. He meets his future parents in high school and accidentally becomes his mother’s romantic interest. Marty must repair the damage to history by causing his parents-to-be to fall in love\, and with the help of scientist Dr. Emmett “Doc” Brown (Christopher Lloyd)\, he must find a way to return to 1985. \n*C.A.S.A. is a non-profit organization that provides training for its volunteers. Once a CASA volunteer accepts a case\, they are officially appointed by a Juvenile Court judge\, authorizing them to become involved in the child’s case and gain access to their records. As the Juvenile Court’s eyes and ears for children in foster care\, these volunteer advocates speak up on their child’s behalf and help them through what is often a confusing and scary time. \nThe Raton office of C.A.S.A. is located at 131 N. 2nd Street in the Shuler Building.
