SUMMARY:Adult Spelling Bee
DESCRIPTION:Dear loyal library patrons \nEvery year for the past three (I think)\, we’ve had an adult spelling bee as part of the Adult Reading Program\, in January/February. Because it was so popular\, I had this thought that we might try it again in the summer. To be precise\, it’s scheduled for next Wednesday\, August 29\, at 5:30PM\, in the main room of the library. \nSierra Howard and I will be officiating\, as always. We hope you will get up the gumption to compete. If you don’t want to do that\, please come and spectate. You’ll be encouraging those brave souls\, and it’s always a great show. \nYou can sign up at the library\, up to and including the evening of the event. Prizes will be awarded.
