DESCRIPTION:July 25th \,2019 Agenda 10-11:30a.m.\n10 am Sign In and Introductions\n10.05 Leonore to update the group with the results from last months agenda.\n* Imigination Library has mets it’s yearly goal of over our 200 +for the year.\n* Collection of children books from the library June 13th ..about 75 books were donated to us .\n*Book were ordered and delivered to the center already. Good night moon in English and Spanish were ordered for Ranger Pat reading in the park event in commemorative 50th Anniversary of the Moon landing .\nWe spent $96.79 for those books from First books.\nWe ordered and spent the $250.00 that was donated to us for the specific purchase of the Sandra Boyton books from First books /United Methodist Women\nWe gave away 30 book at the moon event and signed up three new family for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library on July 17th at Ripley park\nCollected 85.00 and deposited that money/ ticket sales for the framed the postcard .\nPlease bring in any cash or check you may have and let us know how many tickets you still have .\nBank Balance after book purchase and ticket sales deposit .\nBalance =$3818.71\nAction items that need to be covered\n*Meeting times calendar for the year\n*Yearly event in coordination with Longfellow and PTO\n*Fundraising ideas -Big equipment day in the park ..bake sales ..book drives ..Halloween event in the park sign up ? Free book library in community .
