Carmel Wellness and Community Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is a part of the Phil Long Enterprise. The Campus includes a beautifully-restored historic chapel and music hall as well as a multi-use mezzanine\, atrium\, reflection garden\, cafe and amphitheater. The Center is home to Salud Health Care Center\, a federally qualified health center\, and offers a primary care clinic and a behavioral health center.\nBy providing services to care for both physical and behavioral health issues\, Mt. Carmel is on the road to becoming a pioneer in the progressive model of integrated health care in Southern Colorado. Mt. Carmel provides a wide-variety of wellness programs in several areas of health including the prevention and management of chronic disease\, weight loss\, tobacco cessation\, exercise\, substance abuse and much more.  In addition to physical and behavioral health\, Mt. Carmel will nurture the spirit of the community by hosting a variety of events\, celebrations and educational and spiritual workshops.
