I, the undersigned authority do hereby certify that the above notice of meeting of the governing body of the Raton Public Service Company, Raton, New Mexico is a true and correct copy of the said notice and that said copy of this notice was then posted in the exterior cabinet of the Raton City Municipal Building, on the front door and drive up window at Raton Public Service in a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said notice was posted on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 BY 5:00 P.M. and remain so posted continuously at least 72 hours proceeding the scheduled time of said meeting.
