Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed bids for Purchase up to 15,000 cubic yards of gravel for Colfax County road project.
Bid specifications are listed on our webpage at: co.colfax.nm.us or may be picked up at the Office of the County Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 N. 3rd Street, 3rd floor, Raton, NM 87740 or requests may be sent to: accountspayable@co.colfax.nm.us
Sealed bids must be received by Colfax County before 2:00 p.m., MST/MDT on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at the following address:

Bid opening will be held at 2:00 p.m. on April 30th 2026 at the Colfax County Commission Chambers, 3rd Floor, 230 North 3rd Street, Raton, NM 87740.
Bid will be awarded at the Regular Meeting of the Colfax County Commission on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Colfax County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kick-backs.
