Raton High School hosted a Quad Wrestling match on December 4, 2025 in Tiger Gym with teams from Primero, Robertson and Trinidad, and took the second place spot in what was the first ever high school wrestling match to be held at Raton High School.
The four teams met for weigh in at 5:00 p.m. with the girls wrestling about 6:20 after some software glitches delayed the start of the match. The crowd for the first ever match were close to what Raton sees for a basketball game with a lot of support from the local fans. Even the cheer leaders rooted on the wrestlers.
