V. Deliberate and Act on the Approval of the minutes of the meeting held on October 23, 2025

 

VI. Deliberate and Act on the request from Billehus Land LLC (Roy and Georgia Pillmore) for approval of the Final Plat for subdivision.

 

VII. Deliberate and Act on the request from Jaden Welch, 1100 North Third Street, for a variance reducing the lot coverage in an R-5 Zone from 12,000 sq. ft. to 8400 sq. ft. to allow for the construction of a two-family dwelling. This parcel will be subdivided if this variance is approved.

 

VIII. Deliberate and Act on the request from Joel and Ronda Gilbert for a zoning change from R-1 to L-1 to allow for a new business to operate at this location. This would be consistent with the surrounding land use pattern and conforms to the applicable standards of the Raton City Ordinance.

 

IX. Deliberate and Act on the request from Ruben and Mary Saenz for a zoning change from R-1 to L-1. This would be consistent with the surrounding land use pattern and conforms to the applicable standards of the Raton City Ordinance.

 

X. Deliberate and Act on the request from Willow Springs Real Estate & Land Co. LLC for the request for Subdivision of six parcels of land, combining them into one contiguous parcel of property. The land is described as a tract of land within section 2, township 30 north, range 23 east, NMPM Colfax County, New Mexico Records book 16, Page 7332 HWY 555, Raton, NM.

 I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above notice of a meeting of the ETZ P&Z Board of the City of Raton, New Mexico, is a true and correct copy of the said notice and that a said copy of this notice was then posted in a cabinet outside of the City Hall of said City in Raton, New Mexico in a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said notice was posted on Friday November 14th, 2025 by 5 p.m. and remained so posted continuously at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting. Also, KRTN Radio Station and the City of Raton Website will have the agenda posted prior to the respective time limits designated for regular and special meetings.
