Rudolph Bernard Torres
Rudolph, 84, died on May 25, 2025. Rudolph was born on January 12, 1941 in Trinidad, Colorado, to John Torres and Emma (LaCrue) Torres. Rudolph grew up in Trinidad, Colorado, and attended trade school to be an electrician. He applied his vocation in both Colorado and New Mexico. He married his wife Janet Torres and had their children, Suzanne and Rudolph Torres Jr. Rudolph is preceded in death by his wife Janet (Montoya) Torres and his parents. Rudolph is survived by his son Rudolph Jr., his grandchildren, Kristina and Douglas Essen, Angela and Alexis Torres-Harris, and his great grandchild, Lilly Essen-Smith. Rudolph greatly enjoyed spending time with family, golfing, wood working, playing with his dogs, fishing, cooking, travelling, watching movies, fixing anything, and spreading joy with his great sense of humor.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 8 am to 10 am and the funeral will follow at 10 am at Mullare-Murphy Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Tijeras Cemetery, on Hwy 12.
