GENERAL LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES
SOUTH CENTRAL COLFAX COUNTY SPECIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the South Central Colfax County Special Hospital District requests competitive sealed proposals to provide General Legal Counsel Services to the District. Proposals will be received at: Colfax General Long Term Care, Administration; 615 Prospect Ave / PO Box 458, Springer, NM 87747, until May 28, 2025 3:00 p.m.(Mountain Time).
Any individual or firm submitting a proposal must follow the prescribed format as outlined in the Request for Proposals. A copy of the complete Request for Proposals may be obtained at the address listed above or on the District’s website at www.colfaxhealth.org.
The award will be made pursuant to Section 13-1-117 NMSA 1978. Negotiations may be conducted with offerors in accordance with Section 13-1-115 NMSA 1978. The District reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposals, to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, and to waive any technicalities.
