meet in Special Session on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 9:00 A.M.in the Commission
Chambers, 3rd floor at the Colfax County Building, Raton, NM for the following:
1. Call To Order.
2. Approve Agenda
3. Discuss/Action – Department of Information Technology office of
Broadband Access and Expansion Grand Agreement Between the State
of New Mexico and Colfax County.
4. Discuss/Action – Rural Air Service Enhancement Aviation Grant
Agreement Between the State of New Mexico and Colfax County.
5. Discuss/Action – VMDC Corrections Officer Recruitment Fund Grand
Agreement.
6. Discuss/Action – Task Order No.2 Professional Service Agreement Between
Molzen-Corbin and Associates (Engineer/Architect) and Colfax County Event
Center.
7. Discuss/Action – Professional Services Agreement between Colfax
County and MRS Monitoring Recovery Services.
8. Discuss – Tax Rates Assessor.
9. Ajourn
