PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colfax County
Commissioners will be Discussing Colfax County Ordinance #2024-01,
An Ordinance Regulating the Siting and Permitting of Wireless
Telecommunication Facilities and Ordinance #2024-02, The Amendment to
Ordinance 2021-03, An Ordinance Adopting the Legislative Intent, Findings,
and Purpose Relating to The Regulation of Cannabis
In the 3rd Floor Commission Chambers, of the Colfax County Building on
Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 8:45 am.
Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for inspection on the
County website @ www.co.colfax.nm.us or at the Office of the County
Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 North 3rd, Raton NM during
regular business hours.
