Using outdoor experiential learning activities and real-world situations give participants the opportunity to observe and participate in team-building and problem-solving\, and to effectively manage challenging situations. The course provides participants with an experience that exemplifies the potential of servant leadership through challenging and engaging activities and motivates you to follow a life of helping others succeed based on the values expressed in the Scout Oath and Scout Law.\n\nRegistration for the 2020 Philmont Leadership Challenge is open now\, and the course is expected to fill quickly: https://www.philmontscoutranch.org/ptc/plc/.
