In order to keep their environment healthy\, the Mandala Center selectively thins trees during the year. With the help of the Des Moines School environmental science class\, several junipers have been selected for harvesting and would make great Christmas trees. The public is invited to be part of the harvest on December 3rd and December 10th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and find a tree that’s perfect for you!
