(1), PayPal (2), Check or cash to KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc., (3), in person at the business office of KRTN Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. All pixel purchases must be paid in full at time of purchase.
* All pixels purchased will remain on the Legends Page within the KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. website permanently.
* All pixel blocks purchased and once approved by KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. management will not be changed, altered or have copy change without the expressed permission of KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. or its designates.
*The Legends Page will be considered by KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc., a piece of Internet History and all appropriate measures will be taken to insure its solvency.
* No obscene or offensive images and or text are allowed for submission in either pixel or text form on the Legends page. All items will be screened for content and acceptance of and or rejection of, and is solely at the discretion of KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. or its designates.
* The Legends Page shall consist of 999, 996 pixels to be sold in increments of 10 x 10 blocks minimum, or in larger blocks consisting of 10 x 10 or larger, I.E. 20 x 20, 30 x 30 and up etc at a purchase price of $ (1) U.S. Dollar currency per pixel.
* KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. will strive to insure the workability and accessibly of the Legends Page not withstanding the fact that technical and or other problems may and do exist from time to time. KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. will remedy problems as they may arise in a timely manner within reason.
* KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. will strive to insure that all submissions to the Legends page and the KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. website are truthful in nature, contain no obscene, or offensive items either in graphic design, text, or images, but shall remain harmless in fact due to unforeseen technological calamities such as hacking, false submissions, or any other factor deemed as an intentional breech of company policy. This is an automatic statement of acceptance by the purchaser of any or all pixels within the Legends page, and for any purchaser of any advertising or content on any space within the KRTN, Enchanted Air, Inc. website. It is fully understood that any or all claims placed by said purchaser of any or all pixels on the Legends page or any and all purchased parts of the KRTN website, said purchaser shall hold Enchanted Air, KRTN harmless for any monetary recourse, or court action in any or all circumstances that might arise out of said purchase.
