This program was originally designed for health care professionals to enhance self-care/other-care but is open to all. The sessions are presented in 1-hour segments so attendees can come to one, two, or ALL sessions. Content will include stress release practices, calming the mind, settling into the heart—unconventional views of everyday realities gleaned from Herman Rednick’s teachings that give a new language to the mind as it unfolds through sitting practices. Growing Great Kids
