Joseph Trujillo, age 50, died Thursday, March 2, 2017 in Lubbock, Texas.
Rosary will be recited at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 by Deacon P. Louis Montoya and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 PM following the Rosary at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Fr. Joel Bugas as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Joseph Trujillo was born on April 5, 1966 in Clayton, New Mexico to Steven Trujillo and Tommie Trujillo. He was loving and generous, he loved to fish and loved to be creative, he was always making creative things. Joseph loved his family, he loved all of his grandchildren, god-children, nieces and nephews and he loved spending time with all of them. He worked for the Town of Clayton and for the New Mexico State University Livestock Research Center. Joseph was preceded in death by his father; Steven Trujillo, a brother; Robert “Tuggie” Trujillo, a nephew Ron Trujillo, a niece; Adrienne Trujillo, a step-daughter; Tina Craine, his grandparents and uncles.
WIFE: Cynthia Montoya of Clayton, New Mexico.
HIS MOTHER: Tommie Trujillo of Clayton, New Mexico.
1 SON: Christopher Lopez of Atlanta, Georgia.
4 BROTHERS: Ronald Trujillo and his wife Teresa of Eagle, Colorado, Greg Trujillo and his wife Victoria of Boise City, Oklahoma and Steve Trujillo Jr. And Albert Trujillo and his wife Alicia all of Clayton, New Mexico.
4 SISTERS: Kathy Trujillo and Stella Trujillo both of Clayton, New Mexico, Patricia Trujillo of Satanta, Kansas and Vickie Trujillo of Wichita, Kansas.
3 STEP-CHILDREN: Nicholas Craine and Pete Craine and his wife Sylvia all of Clayton, New Mexico and Eric Craine and his wife Angela of Clovis, New Mexico.
And many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
