In Loving Memory of Anthony “Pepsi” Duran

Anthony “Pepsi” Duran age 66 passed away on February 3, 2017 in Raton.

 

He was born on August 6th 1950 in Raton to Henry Dutch an Agatha Duran.

 

Pepsi was known for his sense of humor and happy personality. He never me a stranger he knew and everyone loved him.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law Johnny Martinez and sister-in-law Isabel Jaramillo, Agnes Lopez and Marcella Martinez.

 

Pepsi is survived by his wife Leanor of the family home, two sons, Jason and Joseph Duran of Raton and daughter Marjorie Duran of Raton, 4 grandchildren, Haydin, Anthony, Mia Duran and Lucius Gallegos. Also, surviving are his brothers, Danny Frattereli, Billy Duran and wife Paloma, Bobby Duran and wife Joanne, Ronnie Duran and wife Sue, and Luis and Leonard Duran of Raton. Sisters, Dorothy Garcia, Julia Martinez and husband Gilbert, Joyce Salazar and husband Patricio, Patricia Martinez and husband Harvey. Brother-in-laws Nicky Martinez and wife Gloria, Michael Martinez and wife LaPearl, Danny Martinez, Tommy Martinez and wife Bonnie, Harvey Martinez, and wife Patricia and Alfred Jaramillo. Sisters-in-law Linda Bachmeir and Alice Martinez and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins survive.

 

He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

 

Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be held Friday, February 10th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s/St. Joseph’s Catholic church, they the Legion of Mary, followed by the Solemn Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 a.m. with Father Bill Woytavich as the Celebrant.
