In Loving Memory of Juanita M. Valerio Angeli

Juanita M. Valerio Angeli passed away on December 11, 2016 in Raton, NM. Juanita was born on November 2, 1958 the daughter of Fidel and Fidelia Chavez Valerio.

angeli-jShe worked as a housekeeper for the Holiday Inn and Sands Motel in Raton, NM. She was also a cook for the Maxwell Senior Center in Maxwell, NM. She loved to shop, go to Albuquerque to see her family, and enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys play. She was a cheerleader for the Maxwell Bears in Maxwell, NM.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Jonathan Valerio, brother Gilbert Valerio and wife Mary Alice, and brother-in-law Bill Havoz.

She is survived by her husband Thomas P. Angeli of Raton, NM, son James M. Valerio-Angeli,
Three step-daughters, Marsha Angeli and partner Marty Fanelli, Donna Angeli and partner Justin Fiorino, and Wendy Horner and husband Brent. Nine grandchildren, seven great-children. Brothers Raymond J.Valerio, Robert Valerio and wife Julie, Charles Valerio and wife Valerie and Pedro Valerio. And sisters Christine Havoz and Alice Stewart. And numerous nieces and nephews.

Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be Thursday December 29, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Patricks-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Raton recited by Frank Cimino Jr. Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 10:30 A.M. with Father William Woytavich as the celebrant. Rite of Christian burial will follow in the Maxwell City Cemetery in Maxwell, NM.

Arrangements and celebration of love for Juanita M. Valerio Angeli are under the direction of the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home of Raton.
