Samantha Chavez age 22 was arrested in Springer New Mexico for a Colfax County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear at the time and place ordered by court for an original offense of driving while suspended/revoked
David Licon age 24 was arrested in Raton for battery against a household member, resisting-evading, interference and criminal damage to property of a household member
Louis Duran age 24 was arrested in Raton for Division 1 Magistrate Court Warrant for conspiracy to commit murder in the 1st degree (open charge), tampering with evidence and possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon and for an Adult Probation Warrant for violation of conditions of paroled #5 conduct in the that the offender is a suspect in a homicide
Sidney Ranae Pena age 23 was arrested in Raton for harboring or aiding a felon
