At approximately 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, Feb 24 State Police were dispatched to a truck accident, that closed I-25 southbound for several hours at mile marker 452.

The truck then proceeded up the southbound on ramp embankment and rolled over coming to rest against the bridge support for Highway 72. The driver of the truck, Rafael Gentry of Casa Grande Arizona was taken to MCMC hospital with minor injuries. It took several minutes for Raton Fire and Emergency Services to get the driver cut out of the tractor cab before he could be transported.
