In Loving Memory of Rose Laverne DiBenedetti

Rose Laverne DiBenedetti was called to our Lord on May 4, 2015.

Laverne was born in Dawson, New Mexico, on June 10, 1939 to Salvatore and Mary (Pasquale) DiBenedetti. Laverne was a unique and caring person who touched the lives of all who knew her. She was dedicated to her family and friends. Laverne enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, cruising and shopping.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents Salvatore and Mary (Pasquale) DiBenedetti, brothers John, Van, Joe and Frank DiBenedetti, sisters Rita Kaplan and Mary Guadagnoli, nephews, Tony Sam and John Kaplan and niece Annie Kaplan.
 

She is survived by a sister Genevieve Boyer of Colorado Springs, nieces Rose Kaplan and Roberta (Mike) Schwede, nephews Bill, Mike, Joe and Allen Kaplan of Raton. Great nephews, Chris (Janell) Jamison, Sam Guerra and Anthony Kaplan. Great nieces, Rita Guerra, Mary Cynthia, Casey Joe, Shelby, Jessica and Nicole Kaplan, all of Raton.

Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will take place May 11, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Patrick-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church recited by Deacon Thomas Alderette. Mass of the Resurrection be held at 9:30 a.m. with Father John Trambley as the celebrant. Rite of committal and interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A dinner and get together will immediately follow the services at the St. Patrick-St. Joseph’s Parish Hall.

Funeral arrangements for Rose Laverne DiBenedetti are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home of Raton.
