In Loving Memory of Eugene Max (Buddy) Franch

Eugene Max(Buddy) Franch of Denver, Colorado –a former resident of Trinidad, Colorado passed away Monday, May 04, 2015 at The Broomfield Skilled Nursing Center at the age of 91, from Alzheimer’s disease.
 

Buddy was born on October 12, 1923 to Violet Rose (Flaiz) and Max J. Franch in Trinidad, Colorado. 

He was a decorated veteran of WWII for his service in the United States Army and reached the rank of Technical Sergeant.  His tour of duty in the Asiatic Pacific earned him the distinction of the American Campaign Medal, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and the World War II Good Conduct Medal. 

Buddy was an accountant for many years with Lowdermilk  Construction and helped establish Ferrell Industries as a prominent company in the Denver area.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters  Joanne Franch,  Maxine Filer, Beldene Choate, Velma Corradino and Charlene Franch.

He is survived by sisters, Junetta (Pete) DeBono of Trinidad, Gayleen Schalagter of Ft. Collins, and brothers Gerald(Nancy) Franch of Trinidad, Kenneth (Florence) Franch of Broomfield, and Gary (Nora) Franch of Georgetown, Texas, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be Monday May 11, 2015 from 10AM-11AM at the Comi Chapel.

Funeral Services will follow at 11AM with Pastor Louese Nelson officiating.

Interment will follow at the Trinidad Masonic Cemetery with graveside services conducted by Ft. Carson Honor Guaard.

Pallbearers are nephews Kenneth Franch Jr., Jeffrey Franch, Dean Cimino, Richard Corradino, Larry Corradino, and great nephew, Jacob Franch.
