In Loving Memory of Dolores Abrora (Sintas) Ulibarri

Dolores Abrora (Sintas) Ulibarri, age 81, died Monday, March 23, 2015 in Clayton, New Mexico. 

Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 25 and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 26 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton with Fr. Joel Bugas as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery in Clayton by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton. 

Dolores Abrora (Sintas) Ulibarri was born on March 25, 1933 in Capulin, New Mexico to Ricardo Sintas and Margarita (Salazar) Sintas. She grew up in Clayton and graduated from Clayton High School. Dolores worked for the Luna Theater for several years working both at the Theater and the Drive In Theater. She also worked at the nursing home in Clayton for many years and for Hass Funeral Home for over 30 years. Dolores married Malaquias “Max” Ulibarri in February of 1953 and he preceded her in death on March 8, 1985. In addition to her husband and parents, Dolores was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Lena Maestas, Nellie Martinez and Manuelita Sintas and 2 brothers; Richard Sintas and Eloy Sintas.

1 DAUGHTER: Malaqui Spain and her husband Greg of Artesia, New Mexico. 

1 SON: Robert Ulibarri and his wife Debbie of Peru, Indiana. 

7 GRANDCHILDREN: Cassandra “Casie” Mancha and her husband Mark of Moron, Spain, Shawn Spain and Krissy Spain both of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Daniel Ulibarri of Boston, Massachusetts, Robert Michael Ulibarri and his wife Zeina of Sarasota, Florida, Jason Watson of Kokomo, Indiana and Leah Watson Hastings of Houston, Texas. 

3 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Maddisun Mancha, Aneesa Marie Ulibarri and Emma Watson. 

2 SISTERS: Rachel Quintana of Greeley, Colorado and Helen Sintas of Clayton, New Mexico. 

1 BROTHER: Jose B. Sintas and his wife Celina of Spearman, Texas.
