Wilma Allen, age 94, died Monday, February 2, 2015 in Amarillo, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Don R. Wood Auditorium in Clayton, New Mexico. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery in Clayton by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Wilma Arlene (Parker) Allen was born on October 11, 1920 in Oklahoma to Edgar Lee Parker and Lora Eva (Niles) Parker. She married David Frank Allen on April 27, 1938 in Clovis, New Mexico and he preceded her in death on May 5, 1993. Wilma and Frank came to Union County, New Mexico from Dimmitt, Texas in 1961. In addition her her parents and husband, Wilma was preceded in death by a grandson; Greg Goodell, a brother; Allan Lee Parker and 2 sisters; Lois Vesta Muse and Floris N. Allen.
SURVIVORS:
1 SON: Larry Allen of Amarillo, Texas.
3 DAUGHTERS: Evelyn Simpson of Vega, Texas, Linda Holmes of Fairview, Missouri and Helen Ebner of Amarillo, Texas.
