Joe Allen Guerra age 58 went to be with our lord on September 17, 2014. Joe was born on April 3, 1956 in Raton. Joe was always around for those who needed him. No matter where he went he always had a joke to tell and loved to make people smile. Joe loved to hunt, fish and loved to be out in the mountains camping. He also loved being with his dog JJ, they would go everywhere together. Joe was preceded in by his father Joe Sr. and his mother Iris and a brother John.
Joe is survived by his children Rita Guerra, Sam Guerra, Mary Kaplan, Cynthia Kaplan, and Joe Guerra, III; one brother Jerry Guerra, one sister Cathy Guerra and many other family and friends survive.
Cremation has taken place and a gathering to remember Joe will be held at a later date. For more information family and friends can contact the Guerra family at 575-303-3898.
Funeral arrangements for Joe Guerra are under the care and direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home of Raton.
