In Loving Memory of Mark E. Carrasco

Mark E. Carrasco age 49, of Raton, passed away Friday September 5, 2014 in Raton. He was born January 16, 1965 in Pueblo, CO, the son of Wilfred and Annie Baca-Carrasco. Mark was a skilled concrete finisher. 
He was an avid Oakland Raiders fan, he loved playing his guitar and accordion. Mark could be counted on to add his humor and quick wit to any situation. Mark was a life-long buddy, confidant and coworker who worked along side his father over three decades. 
He is survived by his parents Wilfred and Annie Carrasco of Raton, two daughters Amber Lena Martinez Carrasco of Albuquerque, NM, and Myriah Burleson and husband Jim of Lemitar, NM, one son Ronnie Eloy Carrasco of Socorro NM, four sisters, Camilann Baca of Pueblo, CO, Lavinia (Nina) Padilla and husband David Lopez of Pueblo, CO, Tirsa Godfrey and husband Ben of Raton, and Darlene Pino “Lolly” and husband Richard of Austin, TX. One brother Wilfred Jr. and wife Cynthia of Tome, NM. Five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mark loved each dearly. 
Memorial services will be Wednesday September 10, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Daniel Mullins officiating. 
Arrangements and celebration of love for Mark E. Carrasco are under the direction of the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home of Raton.
