Mr. Mahoney was a great American patriot.
He used to come into the cafe in Roy in the mornings and sit and visit with folks. I very much enjoyed conversions with him about his life and experiences. He had definite opinions and strong ones… and he also had a wealth of experience and knowledge.
    So long, Senor Mahoney.
    Vaya con Dios…
