Janice L. Oney, age 69, died Thursday, July 10, 2014, in Clayton, New Mexico.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the Trinity Fellowship Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Terrell Jones, pastor officiating. A second memorial service will be held in California and burial will take place in the Willits Cemetery in Willits, California.
Janice was born on April 7, 1945 in Fort Bragg, California to Chester Dunn and Tressie (Otwell) Dunn. She lived most of her life in California and moved to Clayton in 2005. Janice graduated from Fresno State University and worked as a Child Support Manager in Monterey County, California for many years. She married Lewis Oney on November 23, 1984 in Reno, Nevada. Janice was preceded in death by her parents.

2 STEP-SONS: Charlie Nathan Oney of Monet, Missouri and Chad Lewis Oney of Salinas, California.
2 BROTHERS-IN-LAW: Charley Oney and his wife Marilyn of Clayton, New Mexico and Bob Oney and his wife Kay of El Paso, Texas.
1 SISTER-IN-LAW: Betty Self of Bloomington, Indiana.
Numerous Cousins in Mississippi and Louisiana.
